If you have not received your order, please contact us by email with your order number or full name and address. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

Unfortunately, your order can not be amended or cancelled once you’ve placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. Of course, you can always return any unopened orders to us for a refund.
